The Red River Valley Chapter is pleased to announce the restoration and completion of its Portative Pipe Organ, which has not been used since at least 2015. This demonstration instrument was built in 1989. Early in 2020, extensive repairs and a few additions were made with a grant from the Howell Pipe Organ Fund of the FM Area Foundation. The organ is pictured here at the Johnson Organ Company, Inc. firm of Moorhead, Minnesota, where the repairs and additions were completed by Lance Johnson, President of the firm and former Red River Valley Chapter officer.
